PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product.
With respect to items sold on Blackinvogue.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
For international orders (except USA), we provide free shipping for all orders above USD 260. On orders less than USD 260, a shipping charge of USD 25 will be applicable. Please note, we now ship to Mauritius too.
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 3 to 4 business days to dispatch orders within India, and 11 to 12 business days to dispatch international orders for any ready-to-wear garments by Black In Vogue lines.
Black In Vogue wedding couture is made-to-order and takes 7 to 8 weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style.
Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All of Black In Vogue orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. House of Black In Vogue takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Above is not applicable for USA. Orders from USA are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) mode.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from blackinvogue.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us on info@blackinvogue.com to assist you on the same.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
- The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
- The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.
An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.blackinvogue.com. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at info@blackinvogue.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All of Black In Vogue products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.
